User Support Guide Lines

CCER User Support is available to current subscribers of CCER database via phone or Email. Support is provided to help you to access your CCER database and to resolve any questions you may have regarding the data itself.

Information required for all support requests:

Ø Contact Information (First and Last Name, Title/Position)

Ø Company Information (Organization Name, Address)

Ø Phone Number and e-mail address

Ø Detail of Problem: Data Desired, Scope of Project, Error Messages, etc.

You can complete the User Support Assistance Request Form online with this information as well.
